When the goods are "not as advertised" it seems that some send them back unopened, while others make due and grimly put up with feeling dissatisfied and cheated. I can understand paying the price when danger threatens and being grateful to have retained one's dignity and more, but otherwise can't see myself going through the actions and losing money that could be spent more wisely.

 

Luckily, I've only had positive experiences*, but wouldn't hesitate cancelling a meeting and sending someone away. This may reflect Canada's more liberal laws.

 

I'm curious about your opinions and experiences.

 

*Except one...kind of...which was both amusing and perplexing at the time.

If you don't get what you are paying for...whether in a restaurant...or in bed....Stop!.....I did a post last week concerning a much reviewed Frenchman..still on Rentboy...that looks nothing like his pics once undressed....I stopped the meeting...said it was over..and asked him to leave...His pics were clearly either very old...or not his...he was wearing a skull cap...and bulky clothing....The hair was gone (bald)..the skin was sallow (ill?) the feet (were un-pedicured long toe nails).He was shocked as I handed him his clothes...called the doorman and said to expect my vistior on the next lift down....

This coming weekend I have an a meeting and will report back...

100%...+1 Don't go in, don't let them in, and in the case of thickornotatall, where the hire was already in progress, he absolutely did the correct thing. Stop the appointment at the moment you notice the deception, hand them their clothes, and tell them to 'hit the highway'...conversation should be brief and to the point, then show them the door. There should be no surprises, because these guys know they are trying to deceive you. It's your house, your money, so be firm and stand your ground. (not to be confused with that ridiculous Florida law of 'Stand your Ground')

 

My experiences over the numerous decades that I've been hiring are a few, but I just don't have any fear now of saying no to someone who clearly comes into my life to deceive me. This subject comes up frequently, and I get that every situation is different, and that there are issues of safety, but all of that you have to carefully and methodically plan for.

If I was you I would have started a thread about him on here warning others, saving their time, stress and money.

Starting a thread on deceivers on this forum is not so easy if one desires

to avoid a morning dose of stress.

 

Some reasons:

 

1) the deceiver himself may attack the poster under a false identity...and no, this

is not as easy for the web administrators to "police" as some readers might think.

 

2) the deceiver might have a few fans. The arguments come back in the usual manner,

saying "everyone is different"; "different strokes for different folks"; "don't deprive

a working boy of potential income"; "some escorts need privacy because of their

day jobs (!!) so they can't post their real pictures"; "all escorts subtract a few years

from their real age"; "all escorts post pictures "X" years younger than they really are."

 

There have been a few examples of negative threads on someone who is otherwise

very popular. These stretch on-and-on until they are administratively locked.

 

These notes are not to discourage the discussion and increased necessity of reviewing

deceivers. They are only brought up to elucidate some of the underlying problems

in doing so in this small, tight-knit community.

I can understand this reaction. I started hiring long before the Internet existed, when one hired from written ads with no photos. On one occasion, I hired someone who described himself as "well built" and "handsome." The few objective physical details in his description (height, weight, hair color, etc.) were accurate, but when I arrived, I found someone whose mother might have thought he was well built and handsome, but neither I nor any other client would be likely to agree. However, I quickly ascertained that he believed his self-description was accurate, and I found him a fairly pathetic personality of borderline mental capacity. I felt sorry for him, and thought it would be cruel to tell him he had misrepresented himself, so I went through with the meeting. But if this site had existed, I would have written a carefully worded review to caution others who might have considered hiring him.

I paid when I shouldn't have but I was thinking with my penis not my head. The guy looked like his pics but advertised as a discreet escort top that does incalls. He texted me to meet him at an intersection. When I got there he told me to go into Remmington's in Toronto (a public place Ive never been and not discreet for someone not out). Had to pay a cover fee to enter. After texting and not getting a response, waited a half hour just to see him but he was oblivious someone was waiting for him. Took me to the back, another fee, into a tiny booth and asked for his fee upfront stating we can still do everything he advertised. He left to put away the money and while he was away, a sign posted in the booth stated everything I wanted to do was not allowed. Too late to change my mind since he took my money. But he came back and said everything was still okay. After he decided that time was up I was asked to stay later so his Viagra would be working. He promised to top after he took a Viagra (his coke was preventing an erection according to him) but left me waiting another half-hour. When he saw me he just looked at me and flirted with those around him. At that point I decided to leave.

 

His pics were as advertised but not his services. One of the worst hires I've ever had.

This happened to me once in Australia. But, fortunately, it was in the days of agencies. I simply picked up the phone and called and told them the gentleman was not as described. They apologized and we arranged for someone else. No fuss, no muss. (And no pity-payment.) Ah, the good ole days!

I totally agree Funguy. I began actively hiring 3 1/2 years ago and have met 7 incredible guys that we had great experiences together. I guess you could call me a quality versus quantity hirer but it has worked so well for me although all the guys live a distance from me but we always make a point of seeing each other as our travels permit.

 

There are, however, 5 guys I plan to meet that are not only well reviewed, but highly recommended by people I trust. I will be seeing 2 regulars and 2 of my wish list guys in PS.

A review is the only safe effective way to handle the situation. Your pity could cost another client more than this guy cost you!

threads are not reviews and reviews cannot appear in the forum. The review process gives the escort an option to reply that the forum does not allow. The forum is anonymous. Reviews & their replies replies are verified by Daddy.

Except Walmart can approve you as a shopper. If they catch you stealing or harass employees you will be removed from their premises and you will be banned. Security will be on the look out and you will be removed if you return.

thats not an approval, that's a ban. Escorts may do the same exact thing. They have a choice to block, ban, refuse any client at any time for any reason. So the concept of a client review site will not come to fruition. There's no money in it.
