I wonder if the OP meant top escort scene as the most competitive, safe and legal… if that's the case, I agree with you that London is the best city, Madrid and Barcelona are good too, it's affordable, legal and you meet the guys at the ***** house before making your choice. In Brazil there are many places similar to, or better than, Thermas in Barcelona.

 

Rio, Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre have the best saunas in the world. There are similar saunas in other cities within Brazil but saunas in smaller cities in Brazil or saunas in Northern Brazil (such a Recife) are not as active or as comfortable as saunas in the larger cities.

I've been in Madrid and other European cities too, I think he means that the boys/men would check if they knew the guy socially or not. It's a very common practice in Europe specially in houses where girls work, they even advertise looking for girls as "you see the client first".

 

Btw, there are some ads where guys ask for pictures of their clients or say thing like "in shape only"... I know, hard to imagine!
