I got the rentmen newsletter today and one of the featured guys is Marcus (pics are of actor/stripper Marcus Patrick). Now I've lusted after the Marcus Patrick for some time. He is semi-famous and rather well known. So I never expected him to possibly ever escort. He is friggin' gorgeous and has dick for days. ...youtube some of his performances or google some of his racier pics.

Now that I got my excitement quelled, I'm certain that the ad is faker than a 3 dollar bill. He is listed as Arab. If I remember correctly he has a white father and black mother. Uhm... last time I checked that doesn't make one Arab. :p What else makes me think its fake is his rate, being sort of known and based out of New York... $750 for an overnight seems a little... well cheap.

 

Sigh! :(

Plus, 23? Isn't he older than that? But they do state his name is Marcus. Maybe you should at least contact him and ask him if he's THE Marcus Patrick. It's certainly not so strange that some semi /famous models and actors have been escorts at one point or another. Believe me, I know.

Thank-You Big-N-Tall for bringing this to attention. We at Rentmen have also investigated this escorts profile & have taken action by removing it. We have asked the escort for identification. If he responds to us with accurate & truthful proof of identification, we would reinstate his profile.

More evidence of Rentmen's professionalism. I wish more escorts would advertise there, although the fact that they're diligent about weeding out the fakes probably accounts for having less listings than other, less-diligent, sites. Quality vs quantity.

 

Yes and no. I mean yes, I'm glad that they have taken action about a questionable escort but no for the following reasons

 

#1. Wouldn't it make sense before featuring an escort to contact them and make sure as much as they can that the ad is legitimate?

 

#2. One time one of the escorts that they featured had an expired ad. I don't know if I was the first one to contact them about it, but after I did, I received back an email saying that they had 'unexpired' the ad for a certain period since he was their featured guy for the week. Wouldn't it have been better to check and see how long the ad was paid up for before making him the featured guy?

 

#3. When they started advertising, they made the claim that unlike M4RN they wouldn't have expired ads. Well while they don't have anywhere near the number of expired ads that M4RN does, they do have expired ads. Some of which have been there probably for a year or more.

 

This doesn't mean I don't appreciate Rentmen or don't use them. But it shows that all three major sites have their own shortcomings.
