Hello Gentlemen!

Another escort buddy of mine and I went to the TH last autumn because I'd heard the rumors that it was a meeting place for "business". And there was plenty of gawking and drooling flowing our way but nothing more aggressive than that. Some "frequent flyers" of the escort variety flitted in occasionally to check out on the DOW. You may have been there to early in the evening, although I must confess that I have met guys both early and late and we left to go to my hotel. In some cases they told me they were escorts, although I had pretty well figured that out before we left, and other times it was just with other guys that I had a good time with chatting and getting to know them. I don't think you can expect to go there and immediately find someone who wants a business arrangement with you.... that was Rounds in its heyday. But, TH has a great clientele, and if you are patient, you might find someone who will be a long term client. I think a lot depends on the kind of vibes you are giving off. I'll let you know in advance on my next trip to NYC and we can go there together and see what develops !

A colleague recently asked me about meeting guys at the Townhouse Bar, also known for the longest time as God's Waiting Room, where "older" men with a foot in both worlds sit around gawking at younger (and, presumably available) guys/boys on the lookout for next month's rent subsidy. Anyhow, i know i should check it out for myself to verify the facts, but the last time i was there was a few years ago and it was more of a piano bar that had the convivial atmosphere of an old boy's club. No hustlers, as far as i could tell. Anyone else with more recent experiences to share?

 

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before but Palms Springs is also called: "God's waiting room" for the same reason.

Now with the help of Viagra is the like a college party but with old folks, some even older than me.
