He looks the same to me.

Don't forget that Botox takes about 48-72 hours to really kick in though.

The fillers are immediate.

Unfortunately, people in their 20's who have elective plastics work done are hollow on the inside and

stuffing their bodies with all the fillers on the planet won't change that.

On a side note, the "consultant" looks like a walrus to me and I wouldn't let her anywhere near my face.

I see alot of Issues here down the road! IF you don't like yourself at 27 wait until you Hit 37 and beyond?

I have gone the Botox Route But started at Age 50! 4-5 mos later it's time for some more shots usually. But I always had my Work Done by a Pro Plastic Surgeon Highly recomended in NYC!

I decided eventually it's time for the Natural Look! But Luckily I never had a "Smoker's Face" which I also did for Years and which this Guy looks to be heading for....IMHO.. A New Hairdo would Help Greatly!

For the last couple of years, I have gotten Botox injections every 6 months and haven't noticed a change in my appearance. Although, I get the injections in my armpits (stops excessive sweating).

insecure people allowing their insecurities to be exploited at a huge expense. Figure out who you are and perhaps you can accept what your appearance is. Plastic surgery certainly has an important role, but this kind of use is a joke.

My thoughts exactly. I never understood why so many young men act like 50 year old rich housewives in perusing a youthful look.

If you're attracted to men, whether you're a 35-year old gay man or a 50-year-old housewife, then looking younger and/or better will help you attract the ones you want. Also, some people are genetically prone to wrinkles that make them look perpetually tired or angry, which may affect how people perceive them. For those who can afford it--not Assistant Prof. Kitten, malheureusement-- Botox helps prevent future wrinkles in young people and temporarily relaxes them in older ones. Sure, if it's overdone, it looks terrible. But I assume that there are many people walking around town who've had it done and look just fine.

To me, it's no different from going to the gym. If someone is so concerned about wrinkles--or pecs or anything else-- that he can't enjoy life, then that's problematic. Otherwise, unless some research shows it's dangerous, then why not?

Bingo.....give that little girl a "Cupie Doll" ;) Obviously I agree with FF. I spend lots of time in the gym, take care of my skin, exfoliate, hydrate et cetera. I'm pretty comfortable in my skin because of the things that I do. Having your head screwed on right helps also, but in the case of this young man, I may not have agreed that he needed the work done, but there was no arguing that there were "laugh lines" and clear lines that ran down his mouth to his chin. I thought it was fine, but if it bothered him, then why not have something done that makes him feel better about the guy who is looking back at him in the mirror.

FF is correct here, it is no different in my eyes than the guy who wants to trim a few pounds or go to the gym to build himself up, or have his teeth whitened.

I think we have to take the video at face value, and there wasn't anything in there that indicated to me that he was over doing this procedure. His obsession with Hollywood seemed a little silly, since I grew up there, I have never understood the fascination, but other than that, I say "good on him" ;)

Thanks, BVB. *Kitten snuggles with cupie doll*

I've now watched the video. The guy does indeed look significantly older than 27, and this seems to bother him. (The Hollywood stuff is silly, but that's a side issue.)

But Botox is for frown lines, and it won't fix his main issues which are sun damage and an unhealthy looking skintone. The best things he can do to fix that is wear a good sunscreen; quit smoking, and use Retin A or its equivalents. Quitting smoking is hard, but the other two things are easy to use and will help anybody's skin look better--along with reducing the risk of skin cancer. They also don't require hundreds of dollars.

I may be throwing myself underneath the bus here... however, I have had elected work done to include fillers and Botox. However, everyone has only seen me since I turned 18, and that is how I will appear for the rest of my life. I have had Botox done to the forehead area to PREVENT wrinkles, it is not that I already have them. The common misconception with Botox is that it is to get rid of wrinkles. When in reality it is a preventative, it softens the effects of wrinkles that are there but does not rid you of them. As for the fillers portrayed in this film, it didn't appear as though he wanted to make a huge difference appearance wise rather have the experience of having them done. The guy in the video gives a bad image toward younger people searching for something to help make them keep their youthful appearances, rather he is trying to idolize celebrities.

Zach, I'm the one who posted that I saw nothing wrong with the guy in the video getting surgery or Botox. But you're 20 and look 18. Isn't filler for wrinkles? You don't have any wrinkles to fill!

Sun exposure is by far the biggest controllable factor in aging. If you use a good sunscreen daily (L'Oreal's are excellent), that will go a long way towards slowing down the aging process.
