i am a big fan of the NYT Crossword Puzzle and though the Saturday puzzles are usually the most difficult, the panache of the large grid Sunday Times Puzzle is undeniable. i was thoroughly amused when i finally decoded the proper answer for a puzzle clue of ----- Boy in today's puzzle. You guessed it, the answer was Hoo. Hoo-boy. Oh Boy quite the surpise. I was disappointed later on in the puzzle when the answer to the clue They are tapped was not Asses but Kegs.

My partner does the NYT Sunday puzzle every week, but does it slowly during the week. So as soon as I saw your post, I grabbed the mag to check it. So far he had only the middle 'o'. If he doesn't get the other two downs, I'm sure he will ask me for help on that one.
