Does anyone have experience using this site?

Some first impressions:

-There were 153 escorts listed as advertising in my city. There are far less listed on the top sites in my area. Maybe they don't remove dead ads?

-I thought it was interesting that an escort could list whether or not they were looking for a long relationship. Depending on how you approach things, I feel like that could get a little sticky.

-It doesn't seem well organized at face value which makes me wonder what it might be like trying to place an ad there.

 

Would one be "scraping the bottom of the barrel" here? heh

How does it rate guys?

Well they charge $25/mo just to get details on escorts. Plus most (if not all) of the escorts for my area I've never seen on any other site. Not a winner in my book.

I checked out Detroit and that was a walk down memory lane. Escorts I haven't seen advertising in years, a couple that I know for a fact have retired. Either they're trolling other (OLD) sites for ads, or they just never take anything down. Interesting that half the ads have a "Ad added on" date that's in the future. :-)

Lo and behold, I found myself listed on this website despite not even knowing it existed. The pics they have of me are from about 8 years ago. Can't imagine where they got this stuff from, probably from an old defunct escort website. Wasn't there one called guys4rent or something like that?

It looks like they associate each escort to a state, and any city search within a state will pull up all escorts for the state. Give it a try. Since all of the Miami escorts showed up in Tampa as well I put in the Zip Code for East Aurora, NY, a suburb of Buffalo. The search pulled up 482 East Aurora escorts -- most of my old, old favorites from New York City. The note "This Escort is seeking a long term relationship as well" on about 40% of the ads is pretty neat as well. Maybe this is where all of the best escorts from the past couple decades have gone, having tired of the grind and now looking for love.

 

...or not. It's still a great nostalgia site. I've just blown about 45 minutes browsing through blasts from the past. I'm half considering the subscription so I can check out the reviews and look up some old phone numbers. Maybe I can get caught up with some of my best fucks from fifteen years ago.

But back to Rusty's question, I would never trust this site. I saw an ad for Andy Dill, and he died back in 2006- I hadn't realized it was so long ago now.

There have been many good reasons listed here as to why one might avoid localmaleescorts.com. The top ones are that the ads are hopelessly outdated, and despite the site's name, they have a very expansive definition of "local." In my own experience, I have noticed that the "local" escorts listed for my area tend to be from neighboring states. I live in the center of the country, so neighboring states tend not to be very close!
