For some reason I forgot that if I posted the pic, the thread would go to the top. It's meant to be a memory of Black Parties of yesterday, and I planned to link it to the new thread on this year's Black Party. My plan failed. A black eye to me.

 

I do not remember the original posting but only last night I was watching again a cult film of 15 years ago,

TRICK" and I would swear that this is a photo of the co-star, John Paul Pitoc (JP Pitoc), probably taken from some role he played -- the lips and ears, the hairstyle and eyebrows all remind me of him and I just did a cross check of photos of him and it seems spot on for how he looked say 10 years or so ago.

OMG, this thread is so old! I had completely forgot about it. At the time, this was still Hooboy's site, and I accessed it on a huge Gateway desktop with dial-up from my home, three time zones away from where I live now. I had never met any poster from this site, including Lucky, and the escort I referenced retired years ago. I didn't know they still have Black Parties. And what ever happened to Flower?

A small technical detail:

The picture was VISIBLE at the time of posting in March 2003 right there in the original posting.

 

However the subsequent change of software makes it visible as a link http://www.saintatlarge.com/images/bpmain.jpg instead of displaying the pic itself.

Thanks, Steven. That helps a lot in actually seeing the past history of posters for the Black Party (as of 2003).

 

As to this site, most threads that get bumped up are longer and more controversial with many people commenting who no longer post here. Here most of the people who posted are either still around, or posted as recently as eighteen months ago. I had not remembered that "guests" were able to comment.

 

Most important, it's a joy to be reminded of HooBoy, who was the heart and soul of this site. Occasionally, I still hire escorts (most recently: Tristan Waters) who remember HooBoy with love, and remember almost word for word the great advice he gave them when they started out.

Brooklyn Guy - yes I know he is much cuter, but if this was a "staged shot" -- the facial features are so close it is uncanny. It is the juxtaposition of those beautiful eyes and eyebrows over the nose, the full lips and then his distinctive ears that made me think it was him -- plus viewing TRICKS again just last evening. If this is not him (doing again a "staged shot" for the Black Party back then) then he has a twin separated at birth. Sad JP Pitoc's career in acting has been so limited- I found his portrayal in TRICK to be so spot on for that time. I wonder if his role did not penalize him later on? I do know he and the guy playing opposite him, someone Campbell... were brought together in January or February for the anniversary and there was a mention in a separate thread here.

Steven, I do not know how old you are, and after your response have no intension of looking it up. We have clashed in the past, mostly on matters related to Rick Munroe. I have little or no interest in the Black Party. My comments were merely an attempt to compliment you on a single post, nothing more. I will say that there's an advantage to being older and having a good memory: you often remember mistakes you made in the past and try not to repeat them. (The last sentence in no way applies to you in any way, just an observation)
