My concern is that anyone having had sex with probably a few thousand men must have been exposed many times to STDs, just thru kissing alone. My question is, how many of you guys out there (clients) have had STDs that you are sure came from your exposure to an escort? Do you take any prophylactic measures aside from the use of condoms? I really want to do this guy but this is a real concern for me. Thoughts?

Personally I have never gotten any STD's from an escort. I practice the usual safe sex, and take precautions all the time. There are never any guarantees no matter what you do, unless you chose not to have sex altogether. I am just as careful as one can be, and I guess you could say beyond that, I just hope for the best.

Yep....in fact, I adjusted my own personal risk tolerance, brought on by a recent newbie hire who wanted to bottom bareback for me. Even though I have never barebacked or partied with drugs, I know it is practiced in the lives of many escorts, but as along as it was not practiced with me, I was not too concerned....until this young guy came along. He and I communicated in advance that if we play anally, we would use condoms. He was cool with that and affirmed his clean status.....of course, I never believe it just because someone says so. I'm well into my 50's and to date, I have never had an STD. I have hired many, many escorts and have not had a single issue. I play safe and I also hire escorts who do not advertise PnP or bareback sex. Even though this is not a guarantee, I feel it does reduce risk. Baron, germs are germs, and I dont think there are any statistics on how efficiently they travel. If they exist at all, there is risk. The condition of your mouth and tongue also play a huge part in contraction. I love rimming, and do it without thinking provided the guy smells fresh and clean. Your assumption is too quick and not 100% correct. Having sex with "a few thousand men" doesn't imply anything. In my "career" as an escort, I've been with (quite) a few people and I've never had any STDs. But the opposite is true too, someone who has had an STD won't advertise it here (with rare exceptions).

 

As a poster mentioned above, the probability to catch an STD is higher with someone who barebacks or does unsafe sex. An example comes to mind: an acquaintance of mine told me that he had a great time with a popular bareback porn actor (name omitted) and a few days later he was diagnosed with a gonococcal infection. He was less proud after the fact.

Being one who enjoys rimming, I always try to convince my hire that we should BOTH have a thorough (and sexy) shower so hat I can personally clean him down THERE before my mouth goes anywhere near it. STDs are a risk you take when you have sex with anyone, not just escorts though because of high number of guys we have sex with we statistically there is a higher chance an escort could have an STD. I'll admit as money is a factor I have barebacked with clients if they offer more and yes I have had an STD in the past. My suggestion though is always use a condom, it's the safest way to go and even if the escort does have an STD you are at lower risk.
