I AM aware that apparently there are different ways to measure the length of a cock. Nevertheless, I'm baffled.

They call those "internet inches". (Also known as "AOL inches".) They're a little more generous than a standard ruler.

 

The only way to know for sure is personal inspection.

AZDR0710 is correct... from a medical perspective it is from the tip of the head to where it meets the body... on the top of the penis, NOT underneath for the reasons he stated. Hey 12, I think you would be right if it was brought out by the client.
