I agree the thread's title is not a particularly accurate representation of the article, but I found it to be a really interesting article. Wow, such twisted penguins! And all along they just look so cute! Who would have thought....

I agree - the article is actually quite fascinating. But my question is how can one be "disgusted" watching the sexual behavior of penguins? Regardless of what they do (and it seems that these penguins were pretty open to a lot of stuff) how can one species (human) be disgusted with what another species (penguins) does sexually? Live and let live.

 

Actually the guys who were trapped in Antarctica should have been a little more open to some experimentation during their long winter there. I can't help but think that these guys should have learned something during their time there. A little less judgmental and a little more experimental - that would have given some of them something to write about when talk of penguins began to pale.
