It seems to me that only the guests are the swingers. The waitstaff are not expected to interact with the guests. Now, whether or not $25/hour is appropriate for waitstaff is a question I can't answer.

if everyone there is bi, I would think as long as he wait staff is attractive and diverse, that the actual number of waiters vs waitresses would not matter. I agree he could be clearer or not mention it at all and just ask for staffing.

Twenty five dollars an hour with a guarantee of $125 plus tips, not a bad afternoon at the poolside. Probably get a few phone numbers along the way.
