There is a current post in Asking an Escort section that within a reply someone mentioned tan lines. Got me to think, I love tan lines, don't know why, probably because I am a pasty white Irish guy that cant tan. Those tan lines just get my blood pumping. Juan Vancouver has sexy tan lines. Anybody else turned on by them?

HA! Pretty sure you're talking about me :) Funny thing is, I was thinking of posing this same question... Tan lines from board shorts are just stupid.

 

I never cared for tan lines. when I use to tan I went for full coverage

 

I went for full coverage one summer, I didn't care for it. There is something about the definition of the line. Also, my dick looked pretty funny when I got hard.

 

True, but do you like the lines defined or blurred. I like the defined. Those speedo tan lines are hmmm good. :)

 

Defined. Blurred just reminds me how irritated I get when I see guys at the beach with their trunks bunched all the way up in their crotch. It's the beach, wear some swim briefs and grow a pair.

 

I adore tan lines and the defined speedo ones are the best. 1 inch side are A+ Thong lines are second. Overall tans for me lack definition.

 

Also have done the thong tan line, oh the looks I got in the showers at the Y. Or the comments like "Nice tan, did you get that on a cruise? *cough* *cough*" nope, no cruise but here's my business card, gimme a call some time.

 

I like my tiny speedo tan line I have now. One thing I think is really hot is when a guy is at the beach being active playing Frisbee or volleyball in a speedo and it creeps up a little to expose his tan line.

I also am a huge fan of tan lines. This year in Palm Springs, my companion (who tans beautifully and quickly) came in from the pool and went to take a shower. When this hunk with a gorgeous body already emerged sporting a true speedo tan line, hot turned to sizzling.

I joined a gym a couple of years ago with an outdoor pool, and though I don't lay out to tan I ended up with a tan line just by swimming in the sun. I just looked in the mirror one day and there is was, to my surprise.

 

I like the speedo tan lines too, though I did a video with Girth Brooks a while back and he had a board short tan line. Normally I find the trunk and board short tan lines look sort of strange, but for some reason it was really hot on him. Or maybe it was just that I found him hot!

 

This year as the good weather has begun and I've been swimming I though of whether to go with the speedo tan line again or go with a trunk line like Girth's by wearing jammers. Decided on the speedo line.

 

OK, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks about this stuff!

You can vote me in for tan lines and then the ones from a speedo with the defined lines. I guess when you fuck a guy with these tan lines, the tan lines accentuate he's normally wearing a speedo, but not now ... :p

The jammer line always looks really awkward to me. I think it's because it doesn't follow the natural lines of the body.

Phil I agree, I like how speedos follow the body line. Now I am a total butt guy, love to look at just right fitting jeans, shorts, slacks etc. I like to golf but to be honest I watch golf on TV to see some of the nice butts. So when I see a ran line on a beautiful backside it really captures my attention. I mean I can't draw my eyes off it. The jammer shorts aren't the same. They tend to show off a tapered waist. Hmmm summer is coming can't wait for tan lines !!!!!!!!!

I like them too but it's too bad what happens to the skin when you get older from years of working on that tan line. It becomes more like leathery gator skin compared to healthy smooth pale skin.

 

It sneaks up on you too. I've had to have 2 deep TCA face peels to remove sun damage to the face.

Jammer lines are like Farmer tans.... Take the damn t-shirt off when you are out in the sun. Who wants to see a pastey torso with tan arms hanging out ?

Thats not true. Thats tanning to EXCESS. I'd call it "Bar-B-Quing"..... If its seasonal, and in moderation, AND you moisturize, you will be fine.. I will be 61, have always been a sun worshipper, and start tanninng in my yard in April, then move to tanning at the beach come June thru Sept. I get a great tan, and people take me for 45. Although the face is starting to droop a bit now, it is wrinkle free. Genetics also play a big part.

I am a BIG FAN of tan lines... either the speedo variety or the thong... I am lucky that I tan easily and usually have a tan much of the year. At my age, I don't look all that great in a speedo, but hell, at my age I don't give a damm and wear the most minimal thing I can... but never completely nude. A friend of mine got burned tanning his cock and balls... you should have seen the looks on the Doctors and Nurses who treated him... he learned his lesson... use sun screen everywhere that is exposed, and yes, if you are careful, you can tan every inch of your body, including your genitals and butt. But a speedo tan line or a thong tan line really gets my motor running... so here is the challenge to Rik, Rich and JAG... how about some collections of "tan lines:...

Okay i'm going to disagree lol love you lol ha ha there is no such thing as a safe tan. no one can say what moderation is. you could tan 3 to 5 days a week live to be a 100 with no problems where someone else could tan twice a week and be dead from skin cancer by the age of 30
