>That may work if you're on a PC. I'm on a Mac.

On Macs, hold the Control ( ctrl) key down while clicking in the window. A "choose" window will appear. You should select "Open Frame in New Window." Voila!

Thanks Ted, but I still have problems. When I hold down "control" and click in the window, I do get a pop-up, but the only "live" options are: "clone browser window", "view source", and "refresh page". There are several other "non-live" options in the pop-up, one of which is "open image in new window", but like I say, I can't choose it.x(

Pardon my ignorance, but this isn't a browser issue, is it? I'm trying this exercise on my AOL browser, but I have IE also. Any additional advice would be GREATLY appreciated.:o

Sorry, but I missed the tidbit that you were using the AOHell browser! I tried using it and it's a mess. The HooBoy banner at the top shows up as an ugly green and you lose lot's of controls. Try using IE. Or, if you've migrated to OS X, download Apple's new beta browser, Safari. It's quite fast and works well on most sites, including this one. (If you haven't migrated to OS X and you've got a Mac that will handle it, consider doing so. It is different and takes a bit of getting used to it, but once you're adjusted you'll love it. Besides, it's gorgeous!)

I too like the colors - black, gold, and FLESH. However,

I agree that the reduced screen for messages, etc. is

bothersome. Change just for the sake of change is silly.

And I agree with Rick that ESCORTS REVIEWS (both plural)

is problematic, even for those of us who do not place

much importance on proper English.

Thanks Ted! Yep, it works using IE. :*

Now, if you could just help me solve my problems viewing Les' pics, I'd be a happy camper. :+

Totally agree. New colors are great but borders and links on the side sucks. Really cuts into my limited screen space. ;(

Thanks, Ted. That's great. I had been expanding the browser window and pushing it up and to the left to hide ths black. Your trick is much better. :7

I find the font size to appear larger than the previous incarnation and the color contrast much easier than the tiny red font on white background. Change is diffdult for many -- sometimes me too -- but I like this.

The new layout is also much less discrete than the old one. I often don't have all the privacy I'd like when viewing the site, but with the old layout, I could view the pages without a banner screaming "M4M ESCORTS REVIEWS" at the top (once I scrolled down a little). Now, it just stays up there for anyone within 20 feet to read over my shoulder.

I have to say that I also like the navigational bar along the top so that there was more viewing room.

However, as someone above said, it's obviously something I can get used to if necessary. Just my two cents.

If you are using Internet Explorer, <right-click> a link like the Message Center, then select "open in new window."

BTW IMHO FWIW I like the new look.

Cool, and then you can add the Message Center to your "Favorites" and just go to it directly.

Look what the Internet has done to English. HIRCTT? (Has It Really Come To This). I am starting to miss ebonics :)

All in all I like the new look, but I agree with the majority of the respondents: the left side is too big thus reducing our reading area. Is there a chance that this could be rectified since many of the writers alluded to this?

Is there a consensus developing here? I wouldn't call it "clutter", but since most of us, using diff browsers and diff comps, apparently have to adjust our screens to view the new format, is it time to ask, "WHY??" x(

While I have settled on Internet Explorer as my only browser, ALL of the the others also offer the ability to "open page in a new window", and that's all that is needed to get rid of the clutter, have more space and to remain discrete to those that need it.

With that discovery, I really like the improvments--faster and easier to navigate.
