The old saying of use it or lose it is partially true, as is weight loss, especially loss of abdominal fat, which is the curse of all men, as well as staying in good condition. Exercise the heart as well as the core muscles...and you will diminish and prolong the inevitable... but relax guys, some men have active sex lives in their 80s and 90s... so make that a goal and work hard (pun intended) to make it happen. Remember, the brain is still the largest sex organ we have and that needs exercise, good nutrition and stimulation along with the other body parts.

So right DD...dropped this friend of mine off at her building the other day, and standing in the lobby was this guy, oh 6 ft or so and built like a "Brick Shit House" freakin beautiful body. BVB...you should try to check him out again... WOW... if someone that is 80 looks that good and turns you on, you should investigate further... but maybe your friend was just pulling your leg, so to speak, on the age... he could be younger. I was at my gym a few weeks ago and saw a similar stud, so I talked to him... he is 55, and a friend of dorothy's... but unfortunately he is spoken for... but I could not help but admire him and had a lot of lustful feelings, especially after seeing him in the shower later in the week. But it does give me incentive to stay with my workouts, healthy eating, and excercise of all the various parts that I want to keep in shape, if you know what I mean~!

Hard to believe an 80 year old still has the muscle tone and firmness of a younger guy, although thats not what was said. .
