When I read the title of this thread I thought it was about one's "partner" or friend or one's acquaintences or even the members of a club, but, no, it is about one's self.

 

Fitness is a lifelong goal and it is beneficial throughout. That does not mean one must be a muscle bound "freak" but only maintain some cardio and perhaps muscle training for "enjoyment" of life from beginning to near end.

Soooo I was wondering - if a guy can get a face lift or a tummy tuck or some such surgical procedure to fool the lustful viewer, is there anything in the surgical bag of tricks that we should be considering to help with this shrinkage? I'm not talking about viagra or cialis now - I'm talking about cosmetic surgery for the penis.

Well I am sure they can "cosmetically" enhance and lenghten it, but it would probably just look like a hanging turkey neck, and I already have one of those under my chin..... and that just sits there too !

There is surgery available... but most surgeons will only do these types of procedures on men who have been seriously injured. You can probably find information about this by checking out WebMD or talking to your favorite urologist. I once had a good friend (now deceased) who was a urologist that specialized in surgery to repair men who had been seriously injured in the groin... some of his stories made mine shrink... but he helped many guys, including those service men who were injured in Vietnam recover so they could enjoy a mostly normal sex life. I know we joke about those things, but for some it is never a joke...
