I'd prioritize experience with the surgery, regardless of where the surgeon is geographically. A generally good surgeon is not enough; you need one who has gotten consistent results with the procedure you want. The last thing you want is to be the guy's first or second try at this kind of surgery. (And if you go NYC or LA, where most of the top surgeons are, most surgeons will be gay friendly.)

 

The best place to get such a recommendation is a breast augmentation forum. Some will be more friendly than others.

 

If you go online, you'll find many people who regret not spending enough time picking out their surgeon. Don't make that mistake.

 

How do I know? I looked into plastic surgery and became pretty familiar with that industry. Because I felt the correction was too small relative to the risk of looking worse, I decided against it.
