In the above-mentioned thread, a number of posts recommended extended procedures of hygenic preparations for bottoming. Perhaps because I don't do anal I don't get it.

I agree with jj. The advice has come out a bit complicated. I do have a some advice also. Since the majority of the client base appears to be in the 40+ age group...professional...somewhat overweight...somewhat out of shape. Do be careful with this laxative/enema advice. Add to this, some of our clients could be on cardiac meds, diurectics, (water pills), and nervousness. I certainly would not want anyone to end up dead on the toilet from taking a dump with all this good intentional advice. To answer the original question, a lot of guys who bottom will get cleaned up before heading out at night just in case they hook up with someone. I have not read the other thread in its entirety, but I agree life is not a perfect Stepford situation all the time. However, clean anal intercourse is not only good from the aesthetic perspective; If someone repeatedly fucks an ass that is filled with faecal matter there are a few things that can happen:

Well, since I started the other thread, I kind of feel responsible for it. First, I didn't find the "instructions" either arduous or standardized. To me, they were a guide to be customized to my situation. Second, the profile of clients on this forum is pretty good, except I'm scrawny, not overweight. Third, I absolutely second the concern about metabolic issues. Hopefully, neither enemas nor drugs nor even "straining" at stool is used routinely. You're right unsub. Stools should be more firm, and regular in timing. However, many people when they first switch over to a high fiber routine, will experience bloating, more flatulence, and diarrhea. Especially if they really switch over abruptly. However, when things "firm up," I would think it would be easier to control with cleaning as well. If you wanted to bottom that is, and not surprise a client that wants to top.

Living in Puerto Rico, I visit the Dominican Republic a lot which is a short 45 minutes flight away.
