I admit it...I love lists. All kinds of lists. I make a to-do list for my day and week (and yes even for the month at times). Not sure I can get through the day without my list. I've tried all the new technologies as they come out (PDAs, iPhones, iPads, e-calanders, etc) but nothing beats writing out a list on paper in long hand. There is something special with crossing off something on my list when it is has been accomplished. Not the same feeling with "deleting" something on an electronic list.

I also enjoy making other lists and have my lists of escorts I want to see during a year as well my bucket list of things I want to do, see and accomplish before the end comes.

Anyone else enjoy lists as much as I do? I sometimes think my lists are a bit obsessive but I do enjoy them.

I also love this time of year as there are a bunch of "Year Top/Best/Worst" this or that list published/posted. Came across this one on who died in 2011 (a bit macabre but still interesting to me): http://www.hispanicbusiness.com/news/newsbyid.asp?idx=273492&page=1&cat=&more=

Would greatly appreciate anyone over the next few weeks as we close out 2011 to post any other "Year Top/Best/Worst" lists they come across.

I tried the List thing, but it put too much pressure on myself. I do it as work, not as a list per-se, but little post it notes of things To-do.

At home, I go with the flow, just trying to prioritize things I need to do. What doesnt get done, moves to the next day.

No, I dont have a written Bucket List either, I just have "plans" in my head... I tend to be rather organized..

I will write down escorts I cum across that look enticing and might fill my needs...

I do like written "to do" lists for chores around the house as it's satisfying to check it off and does remind me of all that needs doing....

remember "The Book Of Lists" (and sequels) from the 1970s and 80s?.....man, that thing was addictive.....all kinds of lists, including sex-related ones

I too am one of those people who make lists so we can cross things off of them. I also like to make lists/catalogs of things I collect, and I also keep lists of gifts given & received - partly so I don't repeat myself. (So you perhaps see why I ended up in Information Management).

i like lists, especially the end of the year top 10 this and that. i have a reverse to do list. At the end of the day, I write a list of everything that I have completed. Gives a fitting ending to the day. Then i toss that list out with a feeling that I got done just what i needed to that day. Some days there is nothing much on the list. No major deed done. That is when i find out what really is important to me in a getting something done sense. On those days, I find out what i go done in terms of things that have intrinsic value to me. Yesterday, among the things i got done was comforting and spending time with my elderly dog. The other two tend to try to monopolize my time and i always have to put some time aside for her as she is not usually strong enough to get it for herself. I would never put that on a to do list but I did put it on to To done list. It probably will show up again and again on the list over the next few weeks.

Purplekow: You got me with your To Done list--finding time for your elderly dog and making sure she got her share of affection when she is unable to be "near" enough to remind you that she loves you. I don't know you, but your stature went through the roof in my estimation. I think I'll try your approach to making a list at the end of the day. Thanks.

Not a big list maker, but I do enjoy the End of The Year Lists, especially appreciative of the Memorial that CBS Sunday Morning does each year to recognise those that have died.

I am one of those people who can't live without making endless lists and I agree, there is great satisfaction in taking a pen or pencil and crossing out something I have just completed.

I also have a pad and pen next to the bed in case an idea hits me during the night...is that compulsive or just wise?
