My RB link is being renewed. If it is not working it is because you were trying to view it when the RB office was closed. They open around ten or eleven in the morning eastern standard time. So! Sometime later this afternoon it will be back up.

When it comes to advertising, online visibility doesn't have office hours. They should have let your ad visible whilst is being renewed, unless it has expired.

 

From personal experience I learned to create or renew my ads around 12:00 (noon) EST and they have been handled promptly and efficiently with a minimum of downtime.
