Yes, you pay a second rate unless (in rare cases) they advertise as a duo only, but still ask to be sure.

One thing I miss (which is often on GayRomeo, though) is where the guy can direct you to the partner's (partners') site so you see what you are getting. Other times I have asked about a 3-way, and the guy suggests someone. It works well when the escort suggests someone he knows and works well with - but there is something enticing about hooking up two guys for the first time, and watching the fireworks begin.

It varies. Ask the guy and he will tell you.

Exactly! When I've hired 2 guys who are friends and work together, I've often gotten a discount, but in most cases, I think you can expect to pay both their full rate. After all, its the same amount of time for each as a 1-on-1 appointment.

I had a old cousin who, though a woman of substance, never hesitated to ask, sweetly, "Can't you make it a littler cheaper, mister?"

Often negotiating the price and trying to bargain in this kind of trade leads to a less than satisfying experience.

Someone who is giving you a discount wouldn't give the best of himself. Just a thought.

With regard to an "escort", it is not my personal policy to negotiate his fee; however, fellow travelers of my acquaintance inform that the "end of the month" is a good time to "make a deal" on a trick, and, being that the rent is due on the first day of each succeeding month, performance does not suffer as the need of a ready "friend in need" might loom again in the future.

It depends on the "partnership." If they are a real couple who live together, they may have a slightly cheaper rate for two than they would charge individually. If they are merely two guys who work together when someone wants a threesome, then they will probably charge the combined rate for each of them individually. Sometimes you are are expected to pay each one separately, and sometimes you may pay the one who organized the appointment, and he settles with the second escort. I remember one escort who expected to be paid in advance for the second guy, in case the client cancelled after everything had been set up. Just ask whoever you contact first.

I have posted about this before. I never haggle or negotiate any price given to me. If it is too high, I simply say "thank you, but that is a little high" and hang up. A couple of reasons, one I believe that escorts have there expenses like everyone else. Gym memberships, grooming, clothing, travel, advertising etc. I pay the price. Period....Perhaps that is why I tip waiters and those in the service industry so much. And lastly I have always believed, as Steven has said, that negotiating down must bother the escort to some degree and I feel might result in a less than satisfactory experience. If 50 or 100 dollars is a make or break situation financially for you then you should not be out there spending that money anyway. "If you can't run with the big dogs, then stay on the porch"

BVB, when it comes to hiring escorts, I don't haggle or negotiate either, but your last few sentences seem dismissive of people who might be trying to make their not-unlimited funds go farther. I don't begrudge anyone who tries to make their dollars go farther in this economy. (And, depending on the personalities and styles of those involved, as well as the nature of the desired experience, I don't think suggesting a lower price ALWAYS results in a lower-quality encounter. If, for example, your only interest is in servicing someone, then I think you might get the same quality if you do manage a small discount.)

LOL ...seeker you are ABSOLUTELY right. The last sentence is an old saying, and my friends and I use it all the time as a tongue-n-cheek kinda comment. Especially when it comes to racing. That being said, I apoligize to anyone that might have been offended by that comment. And LOL I am laughing here, because as I was shooting out the door, what I wrote came into my head, and I said to myself, "ya know that wasn't really very nice to write, someone might take that the wrong way, maybe I should delete that last sentence." but when I logged back on, I had missed the time frame that allows you to edit your message. I said to myself "damn it" I hope no one took that the wrong way, then I saw your post. LOL.... SO I hope this explains to a everyone what happened. Peace to all, and seeker thank you for being so diplomatic about all of this. BVB
