It's difficult to answer this without knowing any specifics, but I think that, for me, it would depend on how strongly I felt about the topic. I'm not likely to discriminate against an escort who votes for a different party than I do, but racism or bigotry are huge turn-offs.

If the remark was his opinion and not harassing in nature, I'd likely let it slide and still hire. However, if harassing or discriminatory in nature, I would probably call him out on it and not even hire.

IMO, Glutes has given the best possible answer. It's really up to you and how strongly you objected to the escort's opinion.
