I was doing an internet search tonight on a completely different subject matter, upon which I was directed to an article in Psychology Today. As I was reading the article, I noticed the Most Popular Read/Emailed column off to the margin. In the number one spot...."Porn-Induced Sexual Dysfunction is a Growing Problem."

 

Given it was a topic related to sex, I lost all interest in my initial topic of research and jumped to my new found article.

I found it particularly interesting how the author suggests and explores the difference in sexual dysfunction due to internet porn usage vs the good old fashion garden variety glossy magazine, dirty novel, etc.

Interesting article Brandon. Of the portion that I felt was related to me, it was fairly accurate, in fact I had been aware of this problem with internet porn and the craving for fantasy for awhile. I have found it difficult to be stimulated by a partner unless I could revert to some porn fantasy. Other addications also interfered for to long of a time in my life also. Oddly, I resort to alot of internet porn, as I work full time, am often too tired to go out cruising, and just find it relaxing.
