I have found a few rentboys/escorts on Twitter, but want to find more!

It would be a great tool to know where travelling escorts are, or who is in town when i am.

plus a great way to put out links to different sites.

Do any of the escorts on here use Twitter? If so, please leave Ur profile name, or follow me, totalcompliance, on twitter directly

Thanks

I'm natebrunoxxx on twitter.

I only just set up the account a couple of months ago, and am still trying to figure out how I want to use it or whether to keep using it. The dilemma I see for escorts is that we want to be discreet, yet the point of twitter is to be public and visible, so there is a conflict. So I'll sometimes mention a location I'm going to (Palm Springs, San Diego) but not exactly what I'm doing there.

I think it works better for porn stars who want to promote themselves, and that can be very entertaining. My list of people I follow is entirely smutty... nearly everybody I follow is porn this or that. So when I'm bored in the checkout line or on the bus I can scroll through all the nasty tweets and amuse myself. So that aspect of it is fun.

It's the same for escorts and clients alike, and it doesn't apply to just Twitter.

There was a time when it actually took some effort (and expense) to create a "web presence" and be "findable" on the web. Now you can over-share on Twitter or Facebook for free in just a couple of clicks.

But the old rule applies: the internet never forgets. Social media has a downside.

Discretion

I think someone here posted that he had three different "personas" on Facebook/Twitter - one for work, one for family/friends and one for cruising/hiring.

Of course, nobody wants any sensitive information leak in the wrong place.

I am based in Chicago but when I do travel my plans and location are announced via email list and on websites / social media. Dudesnude, twitter, facebook and usually have an ad on rentboy. Many people do not check social media and many others enjoy the discrete factor of not being contacted (unless requested)

I hadn't thought of using dudesnude professionally. Does that work well? I agree the social media is a good way to let people know what your plans are without pestering them with emails unless requested, seems like a good approach.
