In Nevada, solicitation is illegal in Clark county (Las Vegas) and Washoe county (Reno). Prostitution in forms of brothels are only legal in other counties in Nevada where they hold proper license for that. Any other type of prostitution (website, street hustling...etc. ) is still illegal in those counties as well.
