I have just seen the future of gay porn - and even if you don't like porn read this

I know not everyone is a fan of porn. But I think I've just seen it's future. I was cruising around the gay porn blogs and on one of my favorites, queermenow.net I came across an entry where they were talking about a guy out on xtube who goes by the name of CollegeFuckBoy. So I went out and looked at his videos at Xtube.

 

THESE VIDEOS ARE FUCKING BRILLIANT. Just absolutely brilliant filmmaking. The fact that they are gay porn is just icing on top of the cake. No dialog, but you can tell a story line. The videography, the editing, the music, the whole fuckiing production is absolutely brilliant. Where this kid is getting the money for this is beyond me because the production values for this ain't necessarily cheap. He has got to be in film school, because if he isn't that is a waste.

 

This is unlike any gay porn you have EVER seen anywhere. Sheer and utter brilliance gentlemen. This kid has got a great future ahead of him. If you haven't seen these videos you have to take the time. As of today, there are six of them. Ranging from 2 -4 minutes in length so it doesn't take too long to get through all of them. Absolutely riveting. Go watch. Enjoy. And let me know if you don't agree.

I suppose free is the future of most porn. I only got through the first four vids. I saw nothing sexy or erotic in any of them. If I wanted to watch barebacking and cum eating there are much better vids available. The beak in the ass, though, was a new one for me.

I was talking more about the use of lighting, quick cuts, camera angles, fades -- all the tricks most film school students use. But most porn shoots are two guys on a bed or sofa or train or mule or whatever and a couple of cameramen walking around them. Hell, I've seen camera angles held for 2-4 minutes now.

I'm with you, Friendofsheila. Although I haven't watched yet (and I most definitely will), two to four minutes just isn't enough time for me.

It seems like too much pressure to get off and REALLY QUICK!. That might work for somebody in High School with Mother at the door saying,

"What's going on in there?" but for those of us who have voted in a few election, 2 to 4 minutes is just too quick. But I'll look at the stuff and see

Wow. I like "The Sun Goes Black" and "Famous" the best for great pacing and syncing with the music/mood. Amazing lighting.

 

I just found out how hard short videos are to create when I did one for my site, so I respect what this guy did - his are not simple like mine that's for sure.

Same thing for me; those amazing videos by "collegefuckboy" seem to have been removed. I found them entrancing, if not particularly arousing. They seemed to be more art films about sexual experience and fantasy than jerk-off videos. That they were/are so sexually explicit, experimenting with and blurring the boundaries between art film and porn, was absolutely fascinating to me. Hope they turn upagain somewhere. Someone put an amazing amount of creativity, skill, and time into them. I felt as if I was being taken through the recesses of someone's psyche.

 

Not the future of "porn," but perhaps the start of a new genre.
