Maybe I'm naïve, but is this for real or are all of these staged? The guys did consent to getting paid to have sex with a blindfold on, but they seem upset to find that their partner was actually a man, and I can't help but feel bad for them. But think of the Borat lawsuits. The contracts for reality television/movies don't have to provide full details of what will happen during the filming. Are the rules a lot more stringent for adult films?

Bait Bus and the bulk of these types of sites have totally fake premises. There are a few, however, that are legit I believe.

 

I think Satyr is legit. They take guys who have never or rarely been face fucked or butt fucked and make them take it. They seem genuinely distressed at the cock assault. Of course, the sub/bottom is there of his own volition. But I think the inability to deal with the cock is real.

 

Bound Gods is also legit. They'll sometimes take guys with no or limited experience at being sub bottoms and put them through lots of bondage and corporal punishment. Yeah, but Ryann is one of the people 'in' on the scam-- one of the Baitbussers as it were. That doesn't prove it's a set up-- however a lot of the so-called victims have done porn on other sites-- although there are guys I've only seen there. All of these 'reality' type porn sites are fake. Like the reality shows on tv, the porn scenes may not be scripted 100% but the actors get a run-through before the take so they know whats coming and how to act to make it look random and spontaneous. Of course, some of these scenes are better acted and produced than others. First of all, if they are producing this stuff anywhere in the US they have to be in compliance with federal laws about the production of adult content, and they are required to put a notice in a prominent spot on the entrance page to their website indicating this compliancy, including a street address where all records related to the production of the content must be kept at all times. What the law basically says is that all the models featured in the pictures and videos are at least 18 at the time when the content was produced, with government issued ID as proof of age. The feds can show up at any time to inspect these records, and if they come knocking and everything is not in order and, for any reason, the producer is unable to show them these documents he/she will be arrested and all of his/her stuff will be seized. So, they can't just arbitrarily walk up to a stranger and offer them money to participate in a porn scene on the fly. The actors have to show proof of age first, and they have to sign a consent, and the producer has to actually make copies of these things and keep them in a file. So, unless the guy who shoots this stuff is waking around with a bunch of blank consents and contracts and a photocopy machine to do all these things on the spot, I don't see how it could possibly not be staged.

So it is conceivable that they could have consent, just not consent to what actually ends up happening. But yeah, the reactions always seems a little fake.
