Does anyone have any information (good, bad, or indifferent) about Avi Dar in New York? He has an ad on Rentboy:

His Name has come up a few times. He is a Graduate of the "M.Lucas Film Academy". He's been "Working It" in NYC for a good Year now.

 

Usually Lucas imports these guys then they end up "Working It" after their "Star Time" for him is over....BUT I guess it is as good a resume as any ?

 

Hopefully you will get some First Hand Knowledge on him. From what I recall $300-350 is not the Category he should be in.

Go to Muscleservice.com and do a search for him; there is a thread that started a year ago and is fairly current. Only a few posters had any experience but it seems the experiences like "ted" produced no "fireworks". Seems to have the looks and body but not the personality.

JT - you are so right. So many of these guys (Russians, Israelis, Brazilians etc... ) seem to get "invited" to the US to "star" in a film by M. Lucas (and some spin off films by that Mr. Pam who does the filming, one strange character there... but I digress)... Anyway they get put into starring roles in a few films over a few quick months, M. Lucas helps them with a cheap (and tiny) apartment in Chelsea, and pretty much makes demands that seem to force them all out onto the street working it to pay for all the amenities such as rent, utilities, food, and being a M. Lucas star.

 

I must confess, I have always been fascinated with Michael's look - been whacking off to his films for years since he was first filming in Europe... But it is this other side of him that I find so disconcerting. He seems to be quite the diva with his corral of boys, and appears to go through 75% of them very quickly, then he sort of throws them to the wolves (literally and figuratively, as many are unable to fathom US speech, customs etc... and are here on expired Visas...)

 

On Avi Dar, I heard what has been said here already - great sultry Mediterranean looks, but sort of a dud in bed. Why do they all demand such high figures too? No one is worth $300-$350/hr. Sorry, I will never fork that amount over.

I hear he's a hairdresser and his family knows all about his porn life. Hairdresser escorts tend to be more narcissistic. And more expensive because hairdressers make great money, especially when they look like Mr. Dar. Good looking hairdressers don't usually need a second gig. I also hear if he thinks you're hot, he'll turn it out for you. Chemistry is something you can't predict. If you're overweight and average looking, I wouldn't waste my time or money on Mr. Dar. You'll be better off trying to get your haircut with him. However, with his face and body, the haircut may cost you the same. But, at least, the end result will last longer.

Agree with all that has been said here. Avi is not interesting and was interested in turning it out -- but I was there for a massage and was feeling that if we had gone further - i would have been upsold for more money-- fair enough. Good body -- a little more steroided out than the photos - if you want to get specific and a little shorter than I expected. Wish this thread had existed before i went for my visit.
