Actually they have allowed women for years no? At least they used to do ladies night on Sunday's I believe. I guess they changed the name back and it looks like they are finally making a new website after all this time. I used to go up to TO all the time but I haven't been in years since Air Canada jacked their fares way, way up....and the US$ tanked.

I too am interested in what's happening lately at Remmingtons. I used to go to Toronto allot but haven't for years now. Don't understand why a city the size of Toronto cannot support a decent strip club. Years back, Remingtons used to be decent.....although never up to Montreal standards. Anyone with recent experience??

Sunday nights is/was ladie's night so avoid if you want. I'm from toronto but live in nyc now; however, whenever I have a chance to fly home i always visit Remington's. Last time i was there (around christmas), had a lot of fun with the lapdances. They charge 20 but some dancers are willing to "negotiate"...

 

I've met many hot canadian boys there who gave great lapdances and some were willing to even do privates. Have fun in T.O., as you'll notice in craigslist, the going rate for escorts is considerably lower than in the US. Hopefully, you'll find someone to your liking

Any questions that you guys have about Remingtons - I can probably answer.

 

Cover is $5 on weekdays and $10 on weekends, and they usually start charging around 9:00. They do let women in now, on weekends after 9:00, and on the upper-floor only.

 

The guys are a mix - quite a large number of them especially on weekends after 10 or so. There are a few twinks, a few muscle guys, and lots in between.

Privates are $20 per song, plus both you and the dancer pay $5 to the attendant when you go in the back. Most of the guys are pretty generous with what goes on, especially if you go past 2 or 3 songs, but as with any strip club, your mileage may vary.

 

As for the music, I don't really know how to answer that I'm afraid. Normal loudness I guess? It certainly doesn't seem overly loud in there at all.

Sounds like it's back to "normal" then from a dancer standpoint. I haven't been up there for 3 or 4 years but when I was last there things had gone way downhill.

 

I remember when the upstairs booths were just $2. $10 now seems like a huge premium. I used to do lots of dances up there with lots of different guys but I would think twice if I had to pay $5 every time. That's not really good for the guys.

 

I had pretty good luck negotiating with a few guys to stop by my hotel room across the street at the Delta before their shift the next night.
