A college friend attended a Halloween party held in our dining hall as a flasher. He wore a raincoat, swimshorts, and a Coke bottle. I don't remember how the Coke bottle was held in place. For someone reasonably intelligent, he had some weird ideas, such as that it was a good idea to drop acid and wander around the hilly nature preserve behind campus (ultimately he didn't do it) or to light his farts. He singed himself doing the latter.
