Latifah has refused to discuss her sexuality for years. I wonder if this photo and the caption will change her mind?

Not sure where you got that from as there seems to be a lot of rumors but I couldn't find anything when searching about her coming out, and the recent articles related to that picture are all about whether or not she is coming out now.

She was on Larry King Live a month ago and Larry asked her about her private life and noted that she "does not discuss it. She emphatically shook her head that it was "off limits" and she would NOT discuss her private life and never did. It was almost like she protested TOO much and a red flag went off that she is hiding that she is lesbian. I know the rumors have been around for years and she certainly gives off a gay vibe. Maybe she is about to make an official coming out announcement soon like Wanda Sykes did last year?

The other photos from that set look like just a bunch of friends having a good time on a boat, nothing romatic at all, and this one fits with them perfectly. If there was any actual canoodling going on, you'd think the photogs would have snapped more than one quick hug.

Sorry, never happenned. Latfiah has the closet door shut tighter than a clam shell. She has appeared in public and at entertainment events with her girlfirend but has never publically acknowledged she is gay. The photos from the shoot may appear to look like friends getting togetehr having a good time but the term "galpal" was used and if I'm not mistaken, that is a term sometimes used to denote a female gay partner.

While I really like Queen Latifah I am a little tired at the endless controversy and speculation about her sexuality. Personally, I was more interested to learn that there is actually a person on this earth named "Swizz Beats." Crazy stuff.

Agreed, this is snooze setting #10 for me...the celeb who is out or in is so boring to me. I guess I have more pressing things in life to worry about...

One of her homes is here in NJ close to my home, and it is well known she shares the house with a girlfriend. It may not be for public consumption in the newspapers but it is not a big dark secret either. Just someone in the public eye trying to retain a private life for her own reasons. Of course respect for privacy is almost non-existant in the celebrity driven US these days

Amen to that PK, I guess that is the price of fame and fortune...a loss of privacy without herculean efforts. What a shame that these folks cannot have some privacy and peace in life...
