I used to see a Czech escort who was also a bodybuilder (you can often find him and others like him on GayRomeo or Escupido.com), and he often sent me pictures like this of their "prep" sessions in Prague contests...

 

Have to say, he was a guy with very bleached blond hair and sky blue eyes,but when he was painted, he looked absolutely AWFUL!!! But that is my read.
