A Forum for clients to meet other clients

I'm fairly new here so I don't know if this was ever brought up but... Do any clients ever have any desire to meet other clients? I'm not exactly suggesting a "dating service" but... certainly this site serves as a sort of "country club". Imagine a couple saying "HooBoy brought us together". After all, people with one similar interest often find they have even more in common. And it doesn't have to be romantic. Friendship is good. ...or does the idea of meeting another client in person give you goosebumps (the bad kind)?

The idea has been meitioned before without much fanfare.

 

I have met two other clients and a third was set but he became ill that weekend so it remains pending. A near miss with a fourth travelling through but I was out of town that evening :-( .

One evening we had a half-dozen escorts and a half-dozen clients sitting around a table at an Italian restaurant in Chicago well after closing time (because the manager was a fan of a few of the guys).

 

It was fun.

 

No commerce was involved, by the way. It was just a fun evening for all.

Some of us "Brazil Nuts" in the Bay Area have gotten together for lunch a few times, and we had a little reception for Ernani when he was in town in May. It's fun to be able to socialize now and again with other guys who share similar enthusiasms and don't feign horror at the thought of using escorts.

Wow. You have a little society of Brazil lovers. I used to live there and now I am dying to go back and visit my host family. How wonderful. I actually think that clients that meet with each other are cool. You can share the positive aspects of your experience with an escort. For example: if one of you discovered a secret spot that would make an escort moan like hell, or cum for days, how cool would it be to share it so that each client could have that same wonderful experience. The better the client and escort know each other the better appointment with the escort. Tchau tchau. E parabens para voces.

Many years ago there was a short-lived escort agency here in San Francisco that had little 'cocktail party' get-togethers where clients could meet escorts. It also then became a chance for clients to meet other clients; I remember an interesting conversation with another client about Rounds and some of our favorite NYC hangouts.

 

I suspect they didn't stay in business long because the clients and escorts were trying to make private arrangements to cut the agency out of the loop.

They had the same thing in France in the 1800's. It was called the Paris Opera. The famous ballet company lost all funding and the dancers became escorts-of sorts-to all the rich patrons of the Jockey Club in Paris. I am a dancer. I know these things.

I'm afraid that I was the client who got sick the weekend that Tampa Yankee and I were supposed to meet. We did speak over the telephone -- so that I could tell him that I had the stomach flu and was not fit company for anybody -- and we've exchanged a number of e-mails. I've also enjoyed correspondence with several other members of this board.

 

I would very much enjoy meeting other clients. A couple of years ago I even suggested that we have a sort of mixer in New York, Chicago, or LA. Nothing came of it, of course, because nothing ever comes of an idea unless somebody acts on it. If you'd like to come to Ohio, I'd be glad to arrange it, but I doubt if there would be many takers!

 

I've also thought from time to time that a clever and sensitive escort, perhaps in his early retirement, might open a sort of introduction service. Of course, escorts might fear that a "successful" introduction would rob them of clients. I'm not sure that would always be the case. And in any event, for a high-class joint like M4M, I'd guess that the interested parties would expect to be paying a handsome fee for the privilege of meeting each other.

I've met one client for coffee, and once for lunch. We both travel a bit and seems always in town. We have similar tastes in dates, so is fun to compare notes.

I was hoping to see a report of the night's activities; for after I had gone to a gay dance club on Oxford Street in Sydney (a few years ago), the owner of a restaurant and I left the club and went to his place of business and engaged in the hottest sex on leather bar stools and over tables and other chairs.

 

Your first paragraph brought back a semblance of that memory, albeit the owner did not escort...

This past weekend, two guys who had read my posts on Rio, came to Los Angeles and we met for dinner, as we all are going to Rio in Aug at the same time, and another guy met me in Las Vegas for dinner who is also going. We all met through the message center when they sent emails asking questions about the saunas in Brazil. We thought by meeting before going it would be more comfortable as we would have had time to "get to know each other" somewhat. It was great, had a lot in common, all where in their 30's, really nice guys. I really feel like I have made some new friends.
