Thank you. I agree. A review would have been helpful. However, I noticed that when I read the reviews and the postings on the Forum and then compare my experience with a particular escort the information I find on the Forum is more accurate. Anyways, I have made my point and so did at least two other guys on the Forum. Hope it will help.

 

geon..As a "Newbie"... I'm guessing your are not familiar with the practice of NOT Submitting a Review Type Post thru the Deli?

 

One of the Main Reasons is so that the "Working Guy" in question can RESPOND to what ALLEGEDLY happened. You definitely went into quite a Detailed Account of what allegedly happened.

 

How you say that information from other sources in the DELI FORUM could be more ACCURATE than YOUR Personal Experience with a Working Guy also I find different?

 

What you did Post actually was longer than alot of Real Reviews! So hopefully next time you will "Fill out the Form" LIKE THE REST OF US and give the Working Guy a Fair chance to Respond OR MAYBE NOT!

The comments (not reviews) here in the Deli flesh out more on an escort than any 'review'...

The comments also offer many examples of individual vendettas and private obesssions. so take them with a grian of salt as well.

A very LARGE grain of Salt!

 

Someone who has Spent "Money and Time" with a Working Guy and then also has taken the "Time to Fill out a Form" and also given the Working Guy a chance to respond is definitely a Major Contributor to the Deli. Chit-Chat is nice BUT!

I've written over 20 positive reviews. I just couldn't bring myself to write a negative one. In hindsight I should have. Sorry.

It sure was. To beat a dead horse, the 'reviews' here range from very informative to utterly content-free. Like this 'review' of Edinson/Edin/Marcello from last Monday, Aug. 23, 2010:

 

Experience: From the moment I meet Edinson at the Airport it was just an amazing experience from then on! He was not only a gentleman but also very attenttive to my needs and scene. We not only had a great time together during the session but I also found him to be a great conversationalist and a genuine person!! I will defintely bring him back for another visit in the very near future. If you are looking for a dynamic, versatile and extremely well rounded individual Edinson is yor man.

 

What worthless gassing.

While I would definitely agree that more details would provide more 'value', I don't think this fairly minimal review was completely 'worthless'.

 

We know that a mature client had a very satisfying & recent experience, and apparently the escort is versatile (although the extent of that versatility is unclear) and he kisses, and we can assume, I think, that the escort matches the attributes in his ad, since the client was satisfied

.

You can make the case that this isn't really a review but more of an endorsement. Perhaps analagous to someone saying, 'I ate at xxxx restaurant and had a really good meal there - you should try it.' (Of couse, we don't know that the client ate ;) or what his tastes are - necesssary details for a true review.

 

Even this limited information is better than nothing, IMHO. :)

Agree. I overstated to make the point. Still, at least one line about the mechanics and hydraulics makes reviews so much more helpful.

Thanks, Thumper! You bring up an interesting point.

I believe reviews should not be positive or negative, but contain both positive and negative info, both factual and subjective. To keep score as the the # of POSITIVE reviews or # of NEGATIVE reviews isn't accomplishing the goal of posting info for all users.

 

I'm certain that there are guys on this board who don't have my tastes and preferences and when they read my review they think, 'Well that's nice' to 'Who cares.' I know some reviewers on the board have similar tastes, and when I read their reviews tend to drop those escorts into my bucket list.

 

But I think the review process is set up for us to post reviews. We shouldn't ignore the positive experiences and we sure as hell shouldn't ignore the negative experiences. We should BUILD THE DATABASE!

 

If I remember correctly, Daddy has a Six Months Between Reviews rule about the same escort, (so NYTomcat can only gush over Romann twice a year);), so REVIEW AND POST your experiences! [/font]

Yes bcohen, some of the reviews here are 'contaminated'...

 

Again, use the search function here, it is a valuable tool!

"Milage May Vary" is true in cars and, quite frankly, in escorts. Sometimes escorts have off-days, bad days, something on their minds, or any number of other issues that will make it a "less than stellar encounter." I can also imagine that, sometimes, the problem is actually within the client ... there's something going on in us that makes it difficult for us to "click" with an escort as we'd like -- the escort is trying, but we're not sparking ... and, for whatever reason, we project the problem onto the escort. I've had all of the above happen in the past, but I definitely didn't have it happen with Edin.

 

I wrote a review of him which finally went up here on Friday. From that review you should be able to see that it was a fantastic "date." I really enjoyed Edin. He was very personal, very much "on," and very much "into it" with me ... and I am NOT sexually exciting or attractive (not ugly, just overweight). I recommend Edin highly. Indeed, on a business trip next week in NYC I'll be seeing him again. I don't do repeats unless the first encounter was excellent.
