I'm liking the new message center layout. I'm also enjoying experimenting with the various new settings available. Maybe if other members find a cool feature they can share it here. :)

sub-names?

 

What are the "names" or whatever they are under the user name on posts? Are they triggered by how many posts you have or the role you play on the board like "moderator"?

Whipped, when you're editing your signature, you need to click on "Insert Signature Picture" next to your picture.

Well, you know, Dukedom does have its privileges. But really, it's not directly above the box that says "delete current image"? Maybe the photo you chose is too large...?

Rick... You are right the picture of my "equipment" that I used was indeed too large... ;) Actually the pic is only 6.59 kb. Also, there is nothing above "delete current image"... Do dukedom does have its advantages.

They're group memberships and Daddy is still fiddling with defining groups. The software offers a buncha unique capabilities and access to them is controlled by group membership. We'll likely be messing with it for a while before you see any logic behind it.

The ignore button- to use it means that you don't get the whole picture of what is happening in the MC, but not to use it means that you encounter posts that you might not like. At least now if someone complains about what you write, you can blame them for not ignoring you!
