Type Bar: Hustler and Go-Go Dancing Phone#: 212-575-1680 Hours: noon-4am Go-Go Dancing: 11:30pm-2am Happy Hour: noon-8pm Cover Charge: Wed-Sun $5.00, receive a chip towards the purchase of a drink. No cover charge on Mon-Tues. General Information: Stella's has 2 floors (1st and lower). First floor has bar in center with tables and stool around. Pool table in rear, along with private rest rooms with stalls. Lower level, has a stage area and bar. Stools for seating. Sun-Wed. Go-Go dancing takes place on 1st floor, or Thurs-Sat on lower level. During show, dancers will strip down to a thong. After their number, dancers will approach patrons, and for $1.00 tip, you'll get a feel, hug, and more... Hustlers of all types (but mostly black and Spanish) are also available. Unlike Gaiety dancers, most hustlers/dancers do not have a room available for a private show. The number of hustlers varies as the night goes on... Also, very friendly and touchable waiters. Bartenders/waiters are very helpful for information. Stella's is a very clean establishment. I wrote this in another listing but don't know where it went...at Stella's, the dancers are pretty great. Beware, however, of the hustlers upstairs (on weekends the entertainment is in the basement). A friend of mine made the mistake of striking up a conversation with an escort--hot old man with great upper body and a bald head--who, when told he wasn't interested in persuing a private show, became verbally abusive, calling him a "fucking fag" and claiming he could have worked the bar three times in the amount of time they spoke--which was a total of ten minutes, fifteen minutes before closing--not a happy event. He, my friend, wanted to complain to the manager but was afriad he would be murdered if a complaint was lodged. Although this seems to be an isolated incident, the possibility does exist so be careful. NEVER HIRE A HUSTLER WHO IS DRINKING!!! I have, however, made great friends with the dancers and always have a good time. In fact, a few of us got together for Thanksgiving before the show that evening. I also have bought drinks for an escort or two but have stated at the beginning that I am interested in nothing more than conversation...I don't have $300.00 for a private and the majority of the escorts are older than the men I usually date.
