"D" is for Doug Schneider AKA the California Kid. This handsome, hairy chested HUNK worked at the Gaiety over 15 years ago (I can't believe it has been that long). Doug was one of the main reasons I arranged a number of business related trips to NYC and became a frequent guest of the Marriott Marquis. He was never a clock watcher and was THE best guy I ever met at the Gaiety. Soon after Doug left I began to visit Montreal and seldom returned to the Gaiety. I understand Doug lives in California in a home purchased, at least in part, from his Gaiety earnings. I have no pics to share of Doug but plenty of fond memories.
