B&B In Montreal Gay Village?

Report on Montreal

 

Just wanted to give a short and sweet report now that I'm back home from my 1st trip to Montreal. :-)

*I hit all 3 strip clubs Taboo,Campus and Stock. My fav was Stock, more my type of guys and a few of them are very friendly ;-)

 

*I would recommend anyone to stay at the Ruta Bagage B&B its reasonably priced with full breakfast if you can get up by 10:30! The innkeeper ASHE speaks great English and was helpful with information when asked. Also a GREAT location just one short block to the middle of the village at St. Catherine St.

 

* The Metro was simple to navigate for those of us who don't live in a huge city with one. I highly recommend buying a vistor pass. It will save you money if you plan on going anywhere off St. Catherine street..LOL

 

* If you're at all into the museums and history buy the 30 museum pass which includes 3 days of unlimited metro use, a GREAT bargain!

 

* As one of you guys recommended the Sauna Oasis was busy and clean with LOADS of fun happening!

* Don't overlook visiting Old Montreal. I found that area of the city to be very intresting as would others. Also best place to buy items from the local street vendors.

 

*As adviced use only CAD money because most businesses charge a really bad conversion rate if you try to pay in US$. They post the rate in the door most of the time.

Glad to hear your first trip (of many to come, I'm sure) was a success. I'm heading there in two weeks and wondered if you'd share which Stock dancers were the 'friendliest' and most worthy of a private? (I don't need details, just names of the best of the bunch-although details are always welcome.)

 

Also agree with you about Oasis. Have had many a fun (sweaty) night after the clubs.

 

I guess you now understand why this city gets so much attention on the board. Thanks for the trip recap.

What is it with Yahoo? I just tried to join and filled out their form, only to be told at the end that "this page is not currently available" and "try again later". This is what happened when I tried to join a couple of years ago, I just give up on Yahoo!

Thats happens to all of us at one time and another when it does its best to just shut dowon your computor and wait a few minutes and turn it back on. Its still worth it cause it does,nt happen that much, and would love to have you guys join my Yahoo group the URl is

The best nights to go for privates are the slow nights. Of course you have less guys to choose from. Marvin was very friendly and "guaranteed a hard on" or the dance was free. All around nice guy also. ;-)
