There doesn't seem to be much steet cruising in Vancouver...at least the for hire kind. I could be wrong there, but these skateboarders seem to be just that! I did see a guy cuffed on Davie Street that looked like he fit the bill, but that indicates that the cops are right on top of it. You are correct - results are spotty. 9/10 are just there to support a habit. I think the days of picking up on the street in any city is a tihing of the past.

No Lucky, you've got that all wrong.

 

As a former resident of Toronto, I can tell you exactly what happens.

 

If the cop is blond with a buzz-cut and between 5'10" and 6', you have to blow him while he leans back against the side of his cruiser with his pants and undies pulled down around his knees. If is is over 6' then you have to do the same to his partner as well.

 

If he diecides the blow job was not up to standards, then you have to let him drape himself over the hood of the car with his bare ass in the air while his partner (who is fucking you at the same time) forces you to rim the blond one.

 

There is a whole section of the rule book devoted to such penalties and it can get quite complicated, depending on the size of the arresting officer and his hair color. In extreme cases (like if the officer is under 5'7", you must return to the cop shop with them so as the whole squad can fuck you.

 

It's SO complicated that often the wrong punishment is enforced and when the mistake is discovered, they have to start all over again.

 

Be very carefull in Toronto!

My understanding is that prostitution is not illegal in Canada, but that you can be given a maximum six-month jail term, a $2,000 fine, or both, if you are convicted of soliciting for it in public (on the street or inside a car, for example).

 

I wonder if you could work out the deal over a cell phone?
