I tried to set something up a few months ago when he first showed up on the scene. We had made an appointment after several phone calls and mails. Couldn't the person be a herrmaphrodite? They are born without clear gender, and usually surgery is done once a sex is determined for the person to effect the chosen gender. Yet it usually is not perfect. If the person chose male, then the vagina would have been converted to a penis, and the breasts reduced to male size. These people are not transexuals, but intrasexuals, formerly called hermaphrodites. The only one that I ever knew looked quite butch due to the steroids, but had a makeshift penis.
