If you had a choice?

The big 40 looms close and I want to CELEBRATE. I have it narrowed down to the following, which would you chose.

Round the World, stopping in London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

OR

Direct to Asia for three weeks? Have traveled a great deal, so most are repeats except Singapore (but I keep hearing that from a gay and nongay point of view) is quite boring with not much to see or do?

I am on such a trip....and having a good time in Sydney.

 

Why not include Cape Town too ? It offers great food, beaches, landscape, interesting culture & good-looking men

If you can do it in style, then why not Round the World? Some guys would find that tiresome, in which event I would head to Thailand for three weeks.

When I travel around the world, I find it easier to go from east to west. So why not go directly to Asia, and then stop in Amsterdam and London on the way back?

 

Singapore is a Republican's idea of an Asian paradise.

I live in Sydney and have done an ATW trip for the past two years. Generally, the fares are much better. I always use the Star Alliance. But I stay on Singapore Airlines as long as I can. If you don't come to Sydney, then you can fly LAX/SFO-Singapore. Singapore to Frankfurt or London. They fly Amsterdam-Chicago or Frankfurt-JFK. Would have to be the best airline in the world and leaves the rest of the Star Alliance for dead. I am not a big fan of Asia so do not stop over. Last year I decided to see Berlin and while there had an appointment with Andreas. Mate, I would walk, crawl, run or hop to see him again. What a tremendous fuck!!

Sydney would be a good stop over, if for nothing else than the weather. Also, there is Mardi Gras the month of February "climaxing" with the parade and party 1 March.

There is quite a selection of lads here in Sydney. Last count from the gay newspapers, there were 151 escorts/masseurs. Lot of them not very good. But still a lot quite excellent.
