Basically, I really like the site. Good search features and I appreciated being able to refine a search to find what I really want in a specific location.

 

But, I also really didn't like the colors. I've got a quality, fairly new monitor but the colors just irritate the hell out of me. Really like the suggestion of letting us chose a layout / color format.

 

I'm also not excited about setting up a profile and having you keep info on me. Hence, I've not signed up and will search your site without logging in.

 

One thing I did notice that really irritates me are "absentee" escorts. I define "absentee" escorts as ones that advertise in multiple cities but really are not locals.

 

For example, I live near Salt Lake City and did a search for my area. I found one guy (SmoothBottom) that really turns my crank. But, in his contact info the phone number is a 305 area code (Miami, FL). This is a red flag for me that SmoothBottom is really not a local guy but someone that wants me to fly him in. (That ain't going to happen on a first appointment.)

2. state or country search feature: it is there but needs minor improvements which we will do soon. You can search now if you type the full name for state or country in the search field and hit submit. I will add a help tab "how to search" in the next days.

3. reviews: as far as i know there is only one truthful review site on the net: daddy's we already discussed this and soon we will offer this option "MY REVIEWS AT DADDY'S"

4. Smoking Status: good Idea, we will make it available for the new profiles upon registration

and will invite escorts to update their existing profiles.

if you want to see the videos: yes you need to login and register. for this reason you can create a basic user account..all you need to enter is your valid e-mail addres, username and password. and you are ready to go.

Hey there - YES! regarding the search for New Escorts, a link is already on the front page but it's becoming a theme that its being missed so I'll put it on Jay's list to make larger, it needs it

 

On the upper right of the home page you'll find "Rentmen's Newest" and directly below the last picture in this list you'll find a small link "search new escorts and masseurs". Click this and you'll land in a search tool where all the newest escorts are listed, newest first.

 

We just discussed he is adding an option to search by month in the search page tomorrow - another great suggestion guys!

 

The colors of the site - subjective for sure - too bad we didn't think of color theme availability when we designed the look and feel as Jay said...

Layout colors: Like a previous poster mentioned, dark backgrounds with white lettering is hard on my eyes. Perhaps it's an age "thing" and you're too young to experience the problem. But white, gray, or shades of gray lettering on a dark background is difficult for me to read. The same is true with the blaring RED tabs on top with white lettering. Reminds of seeing the RED markups on my school work from my youth. (Now you know how the phrase "seeing red" developed.) I really prefer a subdued, lighter background such as white or very, very light tan with dark blue or black lettering.

 

Absentee escorts: Boy, you surprised me with that response. It does appear that he's really located here. Will have to contact him and try to set up an appointment. I've always "assumed" people would have phone numbers where they were physically located. And, that's been true with other escorts I've contacted with location and area code discrepancies.

 

Again, I appreciate your site and feel it is a good complement to Daddy's Review. Gives me a chance to select candidates on your site and search for their reviews here or at the "other" site.

please make sure that you enter the number without any spaces between the digits which in you case will be: +31641173343 try it this should work.

Interesting, I didn't know about your site. I have been posting and reviewing here for years, and I do my shopping between here and rentboy.com.

I just signed on to your site for the free membership. I'm not sure why I should pay for anything. I guess there are some videos I can't see. I'm reluctant to give my credit card to a site about escorting. Prostitution IS illegal, so how do I know I will remain anonymous? Also, I can get all the info about the escorts from Rentboy for free. In theory there are some escort videos I could see on your site to help me decide who to hire.

I found the site a bit hard to maneuver. Sometimes I'm flipping through the still photos and the screen trying to get me to pay comes up. What's with that? I'm not clear on what videos are free and what aren't. Are those posted on the escort profiles all free?

I thought I would give it a shot and got through the first page with email addr/username/password but when hit next it moved me to a page requesting information for a profile - it would not let me move forward without inputting personal information so I stopped.

 

 

Can you re-validate that all is needed is email/username/password and not a whole lot of other personal information? If so, is there a special way to register where the system only requires the three items mentioned?

I am convinced with the proper marketing, good tech and periodic valuable upgrades you still won't make it without providing your members and users (escors and client) with SERVICE. When there is more than one game in town you cannot afford to provide nothing less than your optimum. Others are taking their success for granted which will be their undoing.

you guys are really making a good impression on this board IMO.

I have an idea (please once again try to get past my run on sentences and bad grammar)

I did send an email through the site but i thought i should say it here too just in case others have opinions about it and it turns out to be a bad idea.

OK here it goes

 

one thing i love about your site is that clients can create a profile in their cities and be emailed by escorts.

that makes advertising directly to potential clients in a city easy if there are "not" 188 client profiles to email messages to by the escort ONE AT A TIME

I propose a way to do what would be called a notification email service that sends out a email to all the client profiles in one city when ever a traveling escort is coming to town or even a new escort arrives on rentmen this service would cost extra and would make it easy for escorts to let clients know they were coming with a direct email to their profile which gets emailed to the client and makes everyone happy (EACH ESCORT CAN CREATE A MESSAGE TO SEND TO ALL CLIENTS TO BE NOTIFIED and pay for the notication where they choose to travel to)

also a do not notify feature could be implemented for clients that preferred not to be emailed every time a new escort or traveling escort sent out a notify ad

this saves a ton of time for the escort and gets clients to come to the site more

just posting in a city that you are coming does not always influence the client to come to the site and sometimes they will miss out on important times when their favorite escort is in town.

i would be totally into paying a little extra for this feature rather than sitting down and writing out and then copy and pasting to each client profile on the site in san diego or God forbid NYC

that i am coming on such and such date heres my info feel free to call me for appt. etc etc etc ....

hope you like my idea maybe it can help generate a couple extra bucks for rentmen and escorts too

again you guys really are a rare breed and i am a huge fan of your site since day one my only interest is that you make it big and stay real like you are right now

Great Idea! to make an 'email campaign' option for escorts to market themselves to clients when traveling to their city. One at a time copy and paste is a waste of your time, and marketing is how we all become successful. PERFECT idea to have an option in clients profiles to opt out of email campaigns - providing respect for individual privacy.

YES you can join without creating a Client profile ! Go RentMen and click on Join. When it asks what type of profile you want to create choose "Voyeur - Just looking around". All that is required is a username, password and valid email address. Click the 'I am over 18 and agree to the terms...', it then brings you to a payment options page, choose FREE and you are good to go.

 

Please let me know how this goes for you. This option needs to be made a bit clearer for the first time user, Jay and I will discuss.
