I've always wondered, too.

 

We've exchanged emails, and spoken on the phone. His accent sometimes makes him difficult to understand over the phone. He was always really sweet and upbeat, but he has never followed through. :-(

First time I've posted, so bear with me.

 

In the last two months I've seen Tommy several times. As gentle guy said above, he is sweet and upbeat. I'd say very sweet and very upbeat. He is inteligent, witty(as you can pick up from his website), very well traveled and can converse on just about any subject.

 

OK, before I go any further, let me say I am not Tommy Tam and this is not meant to be an ad for him. Also just so you know I'm one of the older boyz(near retirement age) lurking around this site for about 18 months and am new to M4M sex. Having a great time.

 

What you see on Tommys website is exactly what you get. I had been hesitant to engage anyone not reviewd here(this was the first) but decided to take the chance, and glad I did.

 

Gentle guy is correct when he says that Tommy is sometimes hard to understand but I'll say after I've been with him several times I don't have a problem now.

I have always wondered why no one on this board has "discovered" Tommy Tam of Austin. Glad someone finally brought his name up.

I left Tommy about 6 hours ago, I'm back home now. Spent about 5 and a half wonderful hours with him today.

 

Tommy now knows my Austin schedule almost better than I do. Thought I was going to spend the night in Austin tonight but plans changed yesterday afternoon. I called Tommy at 5:30 yesterday to tell him of the change and he said "so your meeting will be over at abot 10:30(that is AM)and I said yes, he said "you'll pick me up at my place about 11:00 and we'll have lunch and come back to my place for some fun" and I said ABSOLUTELY.

 

I was running late, called him at 11:05 and said I'd be there in 20 minutes. At about 11:45 when I wasn't there yet(but had just pulled into his parking lot) my phone rang, "where are you, are you OK", then he was outside waiting for me.

 

All this to say, "Thats Tommy", always caring, always concerned. Yes the "fun time" (and I'll be submiting a review in the next day or so) is great, but I keep coming back to him because he is such a genuine caring young man and so easy to spend time with.

I've slumed a bit in my life but JimEric has got to be one of the great low life people I've ever encountered. The demeaning things he has said in his two posts about Tommy Tam are plain insulting. Some of the references he has made are at the very least racist. I think he is trying to be cute and make affectionate comments but these things are best reserved for the bedroom. Mocking his speach and references to his skin color are out of place on this board.

I don't really understand why any of this seems particularly unlikely to you.

 

People do move around, you know. Sometimes by choice, and sometimes not.

 

Certainly, I have several Vietnamese friends in the US, and they *all* came here via Hong Kong - in some cases spending 3 or 4 years there.
