New York Observer had mentioned the rumored return of Tony Pitt to The Gaiety. I have contacted him in the past to find out more information via e-mail. It was my understanding that Tony left The Gaiety after a day or so because he strongly felt it was not for him. I am sure many of us would love to find out if he will be available in New York again soon. I recall him saying he lived in Pittsburgh and only comes to New York on occasion. Based on what I do know about Tony, I seriously doubt he will actually appear at The Gaiety. If he does, I don't see him becoming a regular performer there.

Tony IS the best.

Great Body.........and a cute "gino" attitude.

I have always had a great time with him.

You must be mistaken with someone else Bitch. The Italian stallion I am thinking of is pursuing a legitimate acting career and made it clear to me that he would not do anything to jeopardize his goal by dancing at The Gaiety. I no longer patronize The Gaiety anyway so I don't care. I am interested in getting together with him outside of that rip-off joint.

Credible postings on the muscleservice forum indicate that the magnificent Tony Pitt is indeed performing at the Gaiety, and that he is looking, as usual, incredibly hot.

No, sweetie, not mistaken in the least. BTW, the Gaiety doesn't want you back either - so you're even!

Hey "Ready4boi",

I was at the Gaiety on Tuesday night and saw Tony Pitt dance. He was the star of the show! What a beautiful guy (from top to bottom). He danced right after Ben, another hot guy.

Don't know why Tony told you he wasn't dancing at the Gaiety. Perhaps his acting career isn't taking off, but I'll ask him this weekend...It seems that a few dancers do get disgusted with their stay at the Gaiety. I've heard some dancers say they'll never return, then two months later their back on stage. Remember, it's all about money.

I don't see the Gaiety as being a "rip-off-joint". The price of admission is $15 on weekdays and $17 on weekends. Once inside, you can stay all day. The stage show alone, from 7 to 12 dancers, is everything a guy could ask for legally...Perhaps you can say a "private" might be a rip off, but no one is forcing you to pay $200, and not all dancers do it the "Canadian way".

Since you don't like the Gaiety, what "non rip-off" bars/clubs in NYC do you like?

Bitch, there is not a mean bone in my body; but for you, I'll suggest that ready's probably frequenting the Candle Bar now.

Later.

PS. Does Oil of Olay have anything to do with bulls? If it does, I'm sticking with Boots & Saddles.

I really don't like doing this but this Bitchboy character is just asking to be put in his place. I don't know what her issues are and I don't care. I know Tony Pitt's real name which I will not post here out of respect for him. That's a shame if he is dancing at The Gaiety cause even though I haven't had as much contact in the past I would've liked I did find him to a very nice guy with a big small town heart. I had gone to the Gaiety for over 15 years and have seen similar guys come and go, but he seems to me an exceptionally nice guy. I can only hope he doesn't let The Gaiety change that and does find success with his acting pursuits. You can go to bars like Red, Splash, Stella's, and Stonewall to name just a few to see porn stars and regular guys stripping without the hassel and cost of The Gaiety and the price of admission only keeps going up. Yes the guys are nude but you can see guys VERY close to it in other venues all across the city, and did I mention you don't have to put up with the straight women in groups showing up? So Bitchboy take your jaded hatefulness and shove it!

RE: NYC Experience...

Hey Ready4boi,

We are lucky living in NYC by having so many "hot" places to choose from. I've been to all the bars/clubs you've mentioned and find each one to be sensually arousing. However, in my opinion, you can't compare the show at the Gaiety with the others. Only the Gaiety gives you full nudity with erection, plus the availability of each dancer for a "private" immediately following their performance. Also, the dancer provides a hotel room at no additional cost to you.

Sure the cost of admission has gone up in the past 13 years, but what hasn't. Have you purchased a ticket to the movies lately? Now that's a "rip-off".

Although you say you don't go to the Gaiety any longer, you keep bring up the issue of women in the audience. Let me tell you, I go to the Gaiety 2x's a week,(once during the week and once on the weekends). I've NEVER encountered a problem that would provoke me to stop going. Sure, I've heard and read of disturbing behavior, but come on, how often is that going on! If this were such a problem, then why is the place packed with men on the weekends?

I remember you started a thread on "problems at the Gaiety", I took it seriously and wanted to help out. If you're not attending, then why all the commotion?

Hey Lucky,

Good to see your post. Hope all is well with you...Regarding your message, I'm sure that will make a lot of the 85+ patrons happy ;) especially during the early weekday shows...I'm going to the Gaiety tonght and I'll ask for a S.C. discount, can't wait to see her reaction!

Take care buddy;-)

RE: NYC Experience...

Cooper,

My rebukes over The Gaiety are usually with people who were not there in "the good old days". Those of us who were know how the place has changed and how a lot of B.S. has replaced all the fun. Yes Guliani's restrictions played a role in that, but numerous other incidents in my opinion continue to further along it's decline and are the management's fault. On a Friday or Saturday night the place used to be wall-to-wall men who weren't mostly senior citizens, and those days are certainly gone as a result. What you're getting these days compared to the past is definitely not worth the $17.00.

RE: NYC Experience...

Hey Ready...

I was speaking with a Gaiety "old-timer" last week. He felt a lot of the negative changes that took place at the Gaiety were because of Madonna's book. He told me she spoke about what "use" to go on and brought public awareness to the sexual activities. Do you agree?

Since I didn't start going to the Gaiety till about 3 years ago, I can't comment on how it "use to be". But from what I'm hearing, it must have been wild! :p

Any good memories to share?

RE: NYC Experience...

I think Madonna's Sex book was great, and I applaud her for including The Gaiety in it. She was exposing what many viewed as this whole seedy "underworld" but as Madonna does so well, she did so in an artistic way. Of course Denise was thanking her Greek stars someone like Madonna had shown an interest, and if you ask me, it helped business at that time. I feel the two main factors that hurt business was the influx of Canadian dancers and those annoying security guys pacing back and forth during the shows. In the glory days of The Gaiety, there always seemed to be an abundance of cute boys offstage as well as on who were more than willing to "play" freely in the back of the theatre. Those of us who remember deeply miss that kind of openness.

Ready,

This is great stuff. I'd love to hear more about the good old days! Perhaps you can start a new thread on "reminiscing about the Gaiety."

One "old-timer" told me that 2 dancers would have sex on stage for the finale, as the other dancers would line up along the side wall and masturbate, any truth?

I've only heard about the back room sex sessions, any more details? Not that I'm drooling for more! :9
