I agree that the emphasis on selectivity is off-putting, here and in other escort ads.  But, to be fair, the next sentence, which you don't include in your quote, is "I prioritize arrangements built on mutual respect, clear communication, and trust."   He seems to be saying that the selectivity is based on these factors, not on his reluctance "to humiliate [himself] to suck some old dick" as you so eloquently phrased it in one of your prior posts.
