Newbie, into everything, deposit, relatively low rate (250/hr, 150 for half hour) and he charges for a FaceTime verification ($75). It's a hard pass for me. Also, just going a bit further with him, he asks for advance payments to be Friends and Family when I said PayPal, which doesn't allow for dispute of the charge if he doesn't come through (as does sending by Goods and Services).
