If the question were that it was an accurate description of the escort, I would say “gorgeous”.

Because the escort is describing himself, I would say either “twink” or “muscle” depending on my mood because I don’t care about dick size and they have less room for error than “gorgeous”.

I still remember meeting a friend of a friend decades ago who had a vastly inflated image of himself in terms of looks.  He wasn't a bad looking guy, but he was far from the model-good-looking type he thought he was.

Even though there can be some element of delusion in all of these categories, I'd probably choose muscle and hope that the guy isn't too muscular for my liking.  (I like muscle but once it gets into the bodybuilding competition type of musculature I lose interest.)
