I’m certainly missing something here.  I’m not sure that I’m following.

Yes, he is a troubled young man. Likely suffering from mental illness.

PLEASE treat him with care. He is very fragile (mentally), I tried to help him money-wise - but he is basically homeless. He got a hotel room nearby in ATL  but still advertises. on RM.
