is it safe for a non-white client in cities like. Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Lisbon, etc. Do they accept non-white clients? I've mainly seen men in London and it's seldom been an issue.

I can't say from personal experience since I look Mediterranean, but from what I witnessed at the two rentboy saunas in Europe, they have zero hangups when it comes to literally anything.

I doubt, but in any case they will probably ask for a photo before.

I’m not white and I haven’t had an issue in Barcelona or Madrid.  If you’re concerned, I’d suggest mentioning it in any physical description you give when introducing yourself (e.g. “I’m Dave and I’m 53, 120 kilos, and Chinese/black/Indian/whatever).

Hi. I am black and have hired in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. I haven't had any problems at all. I have not hired in Rome but I would not have any reservations  about doing so. 

 

I think you will be fine. I happy to give my opinions on anyone you have your eye on, assuming I have met them if course.

Haven't encountered it.  I think most have the same attitude as with what currency you use as long as it's roughly the same equivalent in the quote currency.  Euro, Pounds, Dollar or bank transfer.  Some will happily take American Express thank you.
