is it safe for a non-white client in cities like. Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Lisbon, etc. Do they accept non-white clients? I've mainly seen men in London and it's seldom been an issue.

I have hired in Barcelona and Rome, and will be hiring in Lisbon later this year.  There was no noticeable difference between hiring in Barcelona or Rome compared to my hiring in London.  In Barcelona, be sure to visit Sauna Thermas, as it is so much more convenient than hiring online.  There's a big mix of men there, and more non-white men than at the similar sauna in Zurich.

I can't say from personal experience since I look Mediterranean, but from what I witnessed at the two rentboy saunas in Europe, they have zero hangups when it comes to literally anything.
